With multiple BI solutions already in place, introducing another analytics platform into the mix was not on Darren’s agenda. However, that’s exactly what we recommended. 

To give Clarity more value from their data, we recommended adding ThoughtSpot, a search and AI-driven analytics platform, into the mix, to then wrap all of their existing BI solutions into a new system called Go2Insight based on its customisable Theia portal.
